Graduating high school in 1997, there was no down time spent by Chip before continuing his education.  He received his Bachelor of Science in 2002 from Longwood University where his concentration was on Business Management and Marketing.  During the past 16 years, Chip has not slowed down a bit.  His career is one brimming with accomplishments and expertise.  All of which he has earned with much dedication and hard work.

Beginning in Real Estate following college, Chip spent eight years with Hometown Realty working in sales.  From there he went on to join Sperry Van Ness/Motleys in 2010.  There his specialties include real estate marketing, sales and valuation.

In addition, Chip is a superb professional auctioneer and ringman.  He has been a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) for going on five years.  Since 2015 he has been a Professional Certified Auctioneer with the Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI).  He participates as auctioneer and ringman in Motley’s automobile auctions.
