Zach graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing - Product Name and Brand Management from Virginia Commonwealth University in December of 2020. While a student, he led a team of interns at a D.C.-based SaaS company, creating social media posts and providing leads to his Account Managers through prospecting and cold-calling. Since graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University, Zach acquired experience as a Marketing Project Manager for a nationwide shipping company, and as a Marketing Manager for a residential solar panel company before finding his place as the Digital Marketing Specialist at Motleys Asset Disposition Group before becoming the head of the marketing team as the Marketing Manager. 

Zach is a confident and determined Business Marketing professional eager with the experience and drive to reach his highest ambitions for himself, his team, and Motleys. With a stay-until-finished work ethic, he utilizes a creative outlook, unwavering motivation, an unquenchable determination for personal growth, and a personal commitment to success to lead the Marketing team; creating, managing, and optimizing the websites and digital, email, and print marketing campaigns for every division of Motleys and the Richmond Auto Auction.
