SVN/Motleys Leases 82,000 SF of Warehouse Space on Deepwater Terminal Road

SVN/Motleys has secured an 82,000 SF warehouse lease for Motleys Logistics Systems at 3310 Deepwater Terminal Road in Richmond. SVN/Motleys Managing Director Phillip Baxter represented Motleys Logistics and Andrew Gibb of 7 Hills Advisors represented the tenant, MiD Inc., a full-service logistics company headquartered in Louisville, KY.

SVN/Motleys assisted Motleys Logistics with the purchase of the 200,000 SF property in November of 2019. Since then, extensive improvements have been made to the building, including an interior rehab and a new roof. “We are pleasantly surprised to be at 41% occupancy within just 3 months,” said Baxter. “We are getting a lot of interest in this property. The Richmond Industrial market is very active right now.”
