Hermann Krebs

Hermann brings a wealth of knowledge to the Motleys team with 15 years as a Real Estate Broker and nine years in Auction sales. Previously with United Real Estate Richmond, Hermann will be focusing on growing the Motleys Real Estate auction and brokerage business.
He specializes in helping clients in a variety of different real estate needs. In addition to traditional single-family auction and brokerage sales, Hermann has worked and advised on luxury home sales, multifamily property sales, raw land sales, industrial property sales, and self-storage facility transactions.
A member of the Virginia Auctioneers Association and the National Association of Realtors, Hermann is also an avid tennis player, enjoys time at any beach, and loves snow skiing.
